About our Photo Packages
We offer two ground photo packages for your property listings. The main difference is whether you need or want twilight photos of your property. This is very effective for showing off properties with extensive or unique outdoor living areas such as pools, lighted courts, courtyards, BBQ islands etc. These photos are taken at twilight or dusk to capture a beautiful blue sky, sunsets and outdoor lighting around pools, and outside living areas. If these areas of your property are a selling point then you should consider the small price increase for a twilight package.
About our Pricing
There are many ways to price real estate photography. We use pricing based on square footage, this is simple, easy to understand and relies on a known figure. Our packages are priced to include up to 30 finished and edited photos of your listing. We find this number to be an upper limit for what most potential buyers will actually review. Remember, we want the buyer to have enough information to inquire and tour the property but at the same time not be overwhelmed with information or be frustrated. With that said, more images are available upon request prior to the shoot, just ask!
